Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using https://materialfilter.com (the "Site"), operated by Mikoshi d.o.o. ("we," "us," "our").

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an informational aggregator that curates and links to natural-fiber clothing offered by third-party merchants, and lets you filter and compare items by their material composition and certifications. We do not sell any products. All purchases take place on third-party merchant websites, under those merchants' own terms and conditions.

3. Affiliate relationship

We participate in affiliate programs, through affiliate networks and directly with individual merchants. When you click certain links on the Site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. For more detail, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. We are not the seller

We are not the seller of any product featured on the Site and are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant. We are not responsible for any merchant's products, prices, descriptions, availability, order fulfilment, shipping, returns, warranties, or customer service. Any dispute relating to a purchase is solely between you and the merchant.

5. Accuracy of information

Product information on the Site — including prices, availability, images, and fiber or material composition — is supplied by third parties (merchants and affiliate networks) and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We make reasonable efforts to present useful and accurate information, but we do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Always verify the details, including composition and price, on the merchant's website before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's own content — including its text, design, layout, logos, and original editorial material — is owned by Mikoshi d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our prior written permission. Merchant names, trademarks, product images, and product descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and referral purposes only.

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those websites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it through automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikoshi d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mikoshi d.o.o. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts competent for the registered seat of Mikoshi d.o.o. shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to consumers resident in the European Union under the law of their country of residence.

14. Product data and rights holders

Product information on the Site — including names, images, prices, and material composition — is factual information gathered from publicly available sources and is presented for identification and referral only; product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and every listing is informational and links to the seller's own store. If you are a rights holder or merchant and would like an entry corrected or removed, email [email protected] and we will honour correction and removal requests within 48 hours.
